What most people will do is use strength training machines and try to avoid weight training altogether.

Fat Loss Tip 1. Perform short cycles of circuit training.


Most people usually head on over to the strength training machines and start cranking out reps and sets. they perform their pre-determined number of sets and head on over to the next machine to be conquered. But by doing so they never really challenge their bodies.

What will work better for fat loss is to focus more on a circuit training regimen that use your bodyweight along with dumbbell exercises.

An example of a fat loss circuit training routine would look like this:

1. Pushups

2. Bodyweight squats

3. 1 arm DB row

4. Hamstring leg curls on stability ball

5. Crunches on stability ball

6. Overhead DB shoulder press

Keep your reps between 10 - 12 and rest periods around 35 -45 seconds.

you might do 2 minutes of slow and 1 minute of fast on a stationary bike or elliptical machine.

Then you would repeat this cycle for 3 -6 more times.
